Serving size per 4 Capsules:

Ginger powder 2000 mg
- of which Gingerol 30 mg

Directions for use:

Take up to 4 capsules per day with some liquid
Do not chew

As a travel precaution:

1 capsule half an hour before travelling, then further capsules every 4 hours, up to a maximum of 4 capsules per day.
